nice on the feet, doesn't slide and looks awesomeVery soft, just put it down on my wood floor and it is not a non slip backing...it has some sort of bumpy stuff on the back so it’s not soft like the top. It appears larger and thicker photos online.I still love it. Needed a new look to the roomLooks just like the picture !This rug is more like a foam pad. I was expecting a regular rug but it's a third the price of those so I should have known it would be different. However it's good cushioning on my feet and the colors are bright. I might get some carpet tape or something though cause it won't stay put.I bought this as an entry way welcome mat, and I think it works well. It is comfortable to walk on with bare feet. I think the colors are bright, and I like the way that real dirt sort of blends in with the sand in the pattern, so you can't see the dirt.Rug was a great addition to my classroom. Some of the previously posted reviews mentioned a strange smell in the rug. I was prepared to air the rug out at home if that was the case. Luckily, I did not detect any such smells. I like the softness of the carpet and that the texture is smooth. There is nothing for students to pull at or destroy like with a shag rug.Not pleased at all..contacted the seller to try return it for a bigger size rug because it is too small for the area I am trying to cover and the seller just responded with " Thank you for your inquiries..enjoy the rug"
