Rug was rolled so tightly I doubt the wrinkles will ever come out but I have 30 days to return. So I’m trying to flatten by leaving the very heavy glass from my coffee and side table to weight it down. I may even use the rug steamer to loosen it up a bit. Otherwise it a great size and color for what I needed.We bought a house with a tile floor for the dining room. Our wooden chairs were making a lot of noise when we scooted in and out. Plus the tile was very cold, and the high ceilings made the room echo a little. We didn't want to possibly split the chair legs by attaching sliders, so this carpet was the fix. It is really pretty -- and goes perfectly in our house. The chairs don't make noise, and it is quieter and more comfortable. It isn't plush by any stretch of the imagination though -- and not particularly soft either. We've already had to clean up marinara spills, and it cleaned very well and didn't leave stains. It doesn't lay flat -- and the different rolls and creases mean it doesn't look even on the floor either. Plus the threads forming the outside edge have started unravelling slightly on two of the corners. I still like the carpeting, but wanted to be thorough and honest.Arrived on time and well wrapped. Unrolled it, put it on the floor and it was rolling back up all by itself! So I turned the rug up-side-down and let it lay on the floor that way for over a week (not attractive, but it was pre-holidays, so ok). Well it never flattened out! So we put it down in the bedroom under a heavy eight-legged bed. Still didn't flatten out!! So would I buy it again -- no. In fact, this one will soon go the the local Thrift Shop and I will buy something else because those permanent roll creases in the rug just won't go away! It was an inexpensive rug that turned out to be cheap also.While this rug is a little on the thin side it works perfectly for me. Just needed a rug under my coffee table that was inexpensive since the cat will eventually make it her play toy. Looks great and vacuums easily with a bare floor vac.it was the only seller I could find who sold 4x5 meters carpet, wanted to buy one big instead of buying two smalls for my living room, carpet is too thin, not soft, doesn't even look like carpet but i liked the size.Love this carpet. Not the most expensive in the bunch but looks like it. Does not shed. Does not fade. Color remains vibrant and does the job. If you're looking for a rug that is comfortable to walk on or sit on, you are barking up the wrong tree. But this looks great and serves its purpose, especially considering how much these rugs typically go for.Very nice rug with a nice thickness too it. It takes awhile for the the folding line to come out but it does after a few weeks.
