This rug is beautiful in person. It has color variations that make it possible to coordinate in many settings. I have mine in my living room and it pulls all the other elements together. BUT, I do not think it is well made. I live alone, don't wear my shoes in the house or have pets with claws and this rug has worn down to the jute backing. I have had it for one year and do not use a vacuum with heavy suction or a beater bar. It's shocking the way the nap is just gone. With thin socks on, it feels like rope underfoot. Loloi would not stand by the product, so I am stuck with it. If you are independently wealthy or like to redecorate often, then you might like this rug temporarily. If you aren't or don't, my suggestion is to keep shopping and avoid Loloi!
