Our deck is 15x15 ft and an outdoor rug to fit this isn’t out there, unless special ordered in which case the cost goes up to at least 1200.00. So I ordered the 12x15 and I tried adding a 15x3 to add to it but that particular manufacturer didn’t have the same color in stock. So I ordered the smaller size from someone else and of course the colors are no where near the same. Anyway, the rugs will get stored away for the winter and I’ll try again in the spring! The rug has done well in our blazing Colorado sun, we fastened it in place as it’s lightweight enough for the wind to whip it around. But all in all, happy with it.No holes in corners for TYE down feature as shown in photos.These rugs are advertised as "indoor/outdoor"....NOT. I have bath towels thicker than these rugs. They can't be more than 1/4" thick and feel like cardboard. We live in the desert and these would blow away at the first breeze. Now for the customer service, there isn't any. The web site states that they can be returned, refunded or exchanged. Nowhere does it state YOU have to pay to return. I worked with Amazon for 2 weeks regarding this and the owner kept saying he would not give a prepaid return label. So unless you have a place where you can actually see and feel the rug....I WOULD PASS.The carpet is nice but not the color shown I the photo. I ordered brown and the photo shows the color I got. It is comfortable to walk on. Hopefully the wrinkles will come out.Wow. I was blown away with the quality and the color is perfect. The first one arrived with a tear in it. They promptly sent me a new one. I laid it out on my deck and it change the entire space. It looks much better now. All weather and rain dries quickly. No smells at all. I’m very happy with itLays flat, ends don’t curl. Soft. Wash with water hose. Color doesn’t fadeGreat for screened in porch.I like how easy it is to clean up anything.
